GS1 Malaysia Sub Fee Guide

Notes:

Renewal fee for additional membership license will be added to total renewal amount.
Renewal of your next applicable subscription fees will be every 2 years or Current Year + 1 Year in Advance. Your GS1 membership license renewal cycle is calculated to cover a product under the Product Life Cycle.
No. 2 is a combined services fee that includes:
- VbG & GACSS = Verified by GS1 & GAC Support & Services, RM 580.00, renewed at least once a year, and
- Barcode Number Generation Service, which is an optional as-needed service to assist GS1 new members to generate their GS1 barcode numbers; RM500.00 for 1,000 barcode numbers.
  - Barcode numbers generated are from a GS1 member's allocated block of barcode numbers.
No. 3 is a crucial service to help determine barcode symbol readability and accuracy prior to large scale labelling; RM250.00 to certify 10 barcode symbols.
Deposit will be refunded upon official resignation (official resignation letter must be provided) of GS1 Malaysia membership.
By submitting this application, the applicant agrees that any withdrawal or cancellation request made in writing will be subject to an administration fee of 20% of the total fees paid (non-refundable) and approval by the Management of GS1 Malaysia.
